TalkSwitch TalkSwitch TS350i IP Telephone Review: We initially purchased the analog phones and found the need for line appearance a necessity in our office. These phones do the trick and they have been reliable (a concern we had when going from analog to an IP-based phone). One complaint, though minor, is that the phones in one ring group will all show missed calls even if another phone in the group picks up the call.
